Requirements & What Makes You Successful?

  • Able to work part-time March-April


  • Able to work full-time in the summer months, May-August


  • Must have a G2 driver’s license by March

Our Selection Process

Step 1: Program Deep Dive

Step 3: The Interview Process

The first step is a deep dive 1-1 Meeting, where you’ll meet with one of our General Managers to further learn about the program and discuss your goals.


You will be invited to complete two Interviews throughout your interview process.

This is the Info Meeting to learn more at a high level.

Step 4: The Offer

Step 2: Formal Application

Upon learning more, you will be given an Application to fill out to formally apply. A GM will review and either invite you forward to interview or not.



You will meet for a final Decision Meeting after the interview process where an offer will be made or not. If this is not a fit, we will provide you with feedback as to why.
